    In a thread on MacRumors, a user shared an image of a prompt he received after trying to open Facebook Watch on his Apple TV 4K: “The Facebook Watch TV app is no longer available, but you’re still More videos can be found on Facebook at www.facebook.com/watch.” Several other users reported having a similar experience.

    Facebook launched the Watch app on Apple TV in 2017 after first rolling it out on Samsung smart TVs. The app is also available on a number of other smart TVs and consoles, as well as on Facebook’s desktop and mobile website. Users who still want to use the Watch app on Apple TV can cast the Watch from their phone to their TV, but this isn’t as convenient as just opening an app.
