The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) intends to issue a competitive appeal to the Cybersecurity Review Committee’s request. The proposed procurement strategy is to utilize the Multiple Award Schedules Information Technology (MAS) available through the Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Service (HACS) Special Category Number (SIN) 54151HACS. of the GSA. The solicitation will be 100% open to small businesses. The offer will be released via GSA Ebuy on or around December 19, 2022.
CSRB was established under President Biden’s Executive Order (EO) 14028 on ‘Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity’. The Council serves a deliberate function to review major networking events and make specific recommendations to drive improvements in the private and public sectors. Building the Council is a unique and valuable collaboration of government and private sector members and provides a direct link to the Secretary of Homeland Security and the President to ensure recommendations. are addressed and implemented as appropriate. As a separately established advisory body, the Council will focus on learning the lessons and sharing them with those who need them to make progress in national cybersecurity.
CISA works with industry and government to understand and manage risks to our Nation’s critical infrastructure. This contract primarily supports CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Department and its work to support CSRB management.
